How to Submit a Complaint

Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Company by email at [email protected] or by post to:

What to Include

To enable the Company to investigate your complaint, please include the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • The nature of the complaint
  • Relevant dates and circumstances
  • Any supporting documentation

Response Timeline

The Company will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within five business days and provide a substantive response within thirty calendar days.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the response, you may refer the matter to the BVI Financial Services Commission: www.bvifsc.vg.
